Where we ship

Currently the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

How long it takes

Two stages, and the second is the long one:

Processing: 1–3 business days. This is when your order is picked and packed.
Transit: 7–15 business days for standard delivery.

Total: expect your order in roughly 8 to 18 business days from when you place it. Most orders land closer to the middle of that range.

We know that's slower than Amazon. We're a small brand working with a fulfillment partner instead of warehousing inventory ourselves, and that trade-off is what keeps our prices where they are. We'd rather tell you the real window than promise three days and miss it.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is scanned — usually 2–4 days after ordering. Tracking can take a few days to start showing movement. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Multiple items

Orders with several products may arrive in separate parcels on different days at no extra cost to you. If part of your order arrives and the rest hasn't after 20 business days, email us.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. Once an order enters processing we usually can't change it. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll refund the product cost minus shipping.

Delays outside our control

Weather, carrier backlogs, and customs inspections happen. If your order passes 20 business days with no delivery, email janeve@jpiglobalholdings.com or call 740-703-4024 and we'll either replace it or refund you.
